If we do not listen to God and do as he ask then how can we expect him to listen to us and answer our prayers? I remember when I would ask God to do this for me and to do that for me and it would never happen. At the same time I remember getting those feelings that i shouldn’t do or be doing something but I did it anyway.( I looked at it then as my good side/conscience was telling me not to do it but now I understand that it was God telling me.) So I was asking Him to do stuff for me but I wouldn’t do what He asked. Well the past 5 yrs. I have grown to have a love and respect for Jesus that I want to do the things that he asked and a funny thing has happened…. A lot of my prayers have been answered!!! Just the other day I came across a scripture in the bible (zachariah 7:11-13)  that states this concept I came up with for a fact. So it is proof enough for me that my thoughts are correct about it. If you have been wondering why God hasn’t come threw on your prayers maybe you should step back and take a  look at how you have been acting. I am not saying that this is the reason that you have unanswered prayers….. I am simply saying that it may have something to do with it.
