Did you know that Jesus is concerned about every area of your life? He isn’t only concerned about your “Sunday best”, He is concerned with every moment of your life. He doesn’t care where you came from or where you may be at right now. He wants to walk beside you and help you to be the best that you can be so that you can have the best life that you can have and spread love to the world. He will walk beside you in the mall while your shopping. He will walk beside you while you are in the liquor store. He will stand beside you while you are cussing someone out. He will stand beside you as you look into the mirror asking yourself, “what’s wrong with me?” He wants to walk with you so that He can offer you better. He wants to be there to give you a better way.

God knows our hearts. He sees who we are and not what we do. He knows that many of our bad actions stem from pain that we have in our hearts. He knows that we want to do better. And He wants to help us, but we have to give Him our ashes so that we can have His beauty. We have to be willing to give him our pains and our scars so that He can heal them and give us the peace, love, and joy that we deserve. I have experienced that the more broken that we are when we turn to Him for healing, the more wholesome that we become once He is done with us.

He doesn’t want us to get it all together and then come to Him, He wants us to come to Him just as we are. He wants to walk us through the dark valley. He wants to hold and comfort us like little children. He wants to wipe the tears from our face and soften the hardness that is around our hearts. God wants to meet us right where we are at in life at the moment and then love us into a better tomorrow. He wants to give us beauty from the inside out..

Let God meet you right where you are at in life. Don’t try to get it together and then turn to Him because you can’t really get it together without Him. Let Him meet you right where you are at and love you into a brighter future. He came to heal the brokenhearted, to help the poor and afflicted, and to offer you a better way. Let God love you into wholeness today so that you have a brighter tomorrow.
