Learn how to choose happiness

Do you feel like you want more out of life but not sure which way to go? Do you have some habits that you want to change or get rid of but need direction and accountability? Is there something or someone that you are having a hard time getting past or forgiving and moving into the future? Are you drowning in negative thoughts, words, or actions that are affecting your life in a negative way and want to learn how to change those patterns? Are you looking for more happiness and peace in your life? Just about anything that you are facing in life can be addressed and overcame with life coaching and/or CBT therapy. Life coaching is often discribed as self-discovery because a coach more so helps you figure out what you want to do and the steps to get it done instead of just telling you what to do. I have learned and used many of these techniques in my own life coaching and therapy sessions and know from personal experience that if you put in your part of the work things will change.

Achieve your best life

It was my own journey of change that inspired me to take this path of life coaching and CBT therapy. Although it was God that mostly taught me what I learned, He also worked through a therapist and a coach to teach me some of the harder things that I needed to learn in order to grow. I have experienced such a change in myself that I knew it is possible for others to do the same. I was one of those people that were hard headed, rebellious, angry, and lost, with no hope left. I made bad decisions because I felt so bad about myself and that I didn’t deserve any better. I let others treat me bad because I felt bad about myself. And I thought that there was no hope for me making changes because I always failed in past attempts. But through God, His word, life coaching, therapy, and a willingness to give up on my own way (since it wasn’t working anyways) that I was able to follow God’s directions, and become the person that I was always meant to be. I learned that someone does love and accept me just as I am (God). I learned that I do matter and that my past and failures and mistakes do not define who I am as a person. I learned that I could do anything I put my mind and effort towards, and that nothing can change unless something changes. I learned who I was created to be instead of who I had been conditioned to be. And I learned that I could enjoy my life and love myself right where I was at because it is okay to not be perfect, to not be like everyone else, to not know it all, and to not be able to do it all right. I gained a healthy and loving relationship with myself that has enabled me to have healthy and loving relationships with others.

Anything is possible when you put your mind and effort in it

I have received life coaching certifications from two different academy’s including Professional Life Coaching, Happiness Coaching, Goal setting Coaching, life purpose life coaching, and a master Life Coaching. I have received a certification in CBT Therapy (cognitive behavioral therapy) as well. Everything that we do starts with a thought. Our thoughts dictate our moods, our moods dictate our actions/behaviors, and all of that dictates our lives. So it is very important that we have the right thoughts if our moods, actions, decisions and choices are going to lead us to a good life. CBT therapy will teach you where you may be going wrong at in your mind, mouth, attitude, and/or behavior. It teaches you how to change what needs to be changed so that you can have peace, joy, and contentment in your heart at all times. I am currently getting certified in Christian Life Coaching and expect to be done with the 1st level of it no later than Dec. 15th, 2024. I am also working towards my full diploma of Christian Life Coach Minister and Ministry. I expect to have that all completed no later than Sept. 2025 if God is willing.

I am currently looking for some clients that are wanting to make some kind of change. To work towards something, to figure something out that will lead them to a better life than where they are at right now. To find happiness or peace. To rediscover yourself, your passions, your purpose, or what you want to do with the remainder of your life. To work towards forgiveness of others or self, or any other self- improvement mentally, emotionally, behaviorally, or physically. I am looking to give away 6- 60min. sessions via phone, email, zoom, or meet up FREE OF CHARGE. I would like to earn extra clinical hours and learn how to do this remotely. It will be such a blessing to me if I have the privilege of walking with you on your journey to a better tomorrow.
