How to have a healthy lasting relationship

In order to have a lasting healthy relationship we have to put time and effort into it. Every relationship requires that we put in work to make, and keep, it healthy and strong. Throughout my experiences I have found that there are some key elements to having a healthy lasting relationship. Every relationship has to have communication, understanding, respect & appreciation, compromise, and partnership. Without just one of those things a relationship can not be at it’s best. Countless couples end up paying thousands of dollars to therapist because of a breakdown in one of these areas. But I believe that many of those couples could have saved that money and worked through their issues with the proper exercises. That is why I have created a couples workbook that has information and exercises for couples to work through together that help in creating a stronger bond and healthier relationship. Many of our relationship problems can be solved by proper communication, active listening, and working together.
