Rediscover yourself

Have you ever wondered how much you really know yourself? Or do you feel like you have lost a part of yourself somewhere along the way in life? Have you ever had the notion that something was missing within you? Maybe you have lived life for others for so long that you have forgotten about yourself and your likes, dislikes, needs, or wants. Or perhaps you wonder why you do the things that you do or feel the way that you feel about certain things. 

We are always changing and growing in ourselves and our lives. What may have been interesting to us at one time may not be so interesting now. What use to fit us so well may not seem to really fit all anymore. We can get so caught up in the daily activities, in the family, in our career, that we put ourselves on the back burner. Then before we know it we find ourselves unhappy, unfulfilled, discontent, or maybe even miserable. Staying in tune with ourselves is important if we want to maintain balance, flow, and happiness in life. There are always benefits to learning more about ourselves. It can be fun, and it can also be very eye opening.
